Monitor
Watch it work
Now that your procedures are documented, Sentigen starts watching. It observes your actual behavior across all connected channels and compares it to your SOPs. The AI doesn't change anything yet - it just learns, detects patterns, and tells you what it sees.
What Happens
What you do
Continue working normally. Don't change your behavior because Sentigen is watching - the whole point is to compare your real workflow against the documented version. Periodically review the living document signals that appear in your Vibe Feed.
When Sentigen surfaces a deviation or pattern, decide if your SOP needs updating or if you genuinely skipped a step. Both answers are valuable. Update your SOPs to match reality.
What Sentigen does
Sentigen collects signals from every connected channel - emails sent, meetings scheduled, tasks created, messages exchanged. It maps these signals to your documented SOPs and identifies three things: steps you always follow, steps you sometimes skip, and undocumented procedures you do regularly.
The living document system runs daily, summarizing observations and surfacing refinement suggestions. Deviation alerts appear when you diverge from a documented procedure.
What You Need to Do
Time commitment: 30 minutes per week reviewing signals.
Continue working normally
Don't change your workflow for the AI. Work the way you always have. The monitoring phase is about capturing your real behavior, not your ideal behavior. Authenticity gives Sentigen the data it needs to help you.
Review living document signals
Check your Vibe Feed weekly for living document signals. These are observations Sentigen has made about how your actual work compares to your documented SOPs. Look for recurring patterns and consistent deviations.
Refine SOPs based on observations
When Sentigen identifies a gap between documentation and reality, update the SOP. If you always skip step 3, either remove it or understand why you skip it. If you do something undocumented, add it. The goal is alignment.
Upgrade key SOPs to Level 2
Level 2 SOPs include decision trees, exception handling, and conditional logic. For your most important procedures, add the “if this, then that” branches. This level of detail is what Sentigen needs to start making useful suggestions in Phase 3.
What Sentigen Does Behind the Scenes
Phase 2 activates Sentigen's observation layer. The AI begins processing signals and building a model of how you actually work.
Living Documents
Your SOPs become living documents that evolve as Sentigen observes your actual behavior. Signals are collected from your real activity and compared against documented steps.
Signal Collection
Every action you take across connected channels (email, calendar, Slack, messaging) generates signals. Sentigen maps these signals to your documented SOPs.
Deviation Detection
When you skip a step, change the order, or handle an exception differently than documented, Sentigen flags it. Not as a failure - as a learning opportunity.
Activity Tracking
Cross-channel activity timeline shows how your actual workflow compares to the documented procedure. See where you spend the most time and where steps get skipped.
