Execute
AI acts, you review
The balance shifts. Sentigen now executes procedures - drafting emails, creating tasks, scheduling meetings, generating reports. But it pauses at critical points for your approval. Nothing reaches the outside world without your sign-off.
What Happens
What you do
Your role shifts to orchestrator. Instead of doing the work or even deciding what to do, you review what the AI has already done. Open your approval queue each morning, review the outputs, and approve or adjust.
When exceptions arise - situations the SOP doesn't cover - the AI escalates to you. Handle the exception, and the system records your decision as a new pattern. Over time, even exception handling becomes automated.
What Sentigen does
Sentigen runs your Level 3 SOPs autonomously. It monitors triggers across all connected channels, executes the documented steps, generates outputs, and queues them for review at the appropriate gates.
Execution dashboards give you visibility into everything: which procedures ran, what actions were taken, what's pending your review, and what went out successfully. Anomaly detection catches unusual patterns before they become problems.
What You Need to Do
Time commitment: 10 minutes per day approving actions.
Review AI-executed actions before they go live
Check your approval queue daily. Each item shows the trigger, the procedure that ran, the output, and the review gate it paused at. Most approvals take seconds once you trust the pattern.
Approve, modify, or reject
Approve sends the output as-is. Modify lets you edit before sending. Reject stops the action and gives the AI feedback on what went wrong. All three train the system.
Monitor execution dashboards
Keep an eye on the dashboard for patterns: which procedures have the highest approval rates, which require the most modifications, and which generate the most exceptions. This data tells you where to focus refinement.
Handle flagged exceptions
When the AI encounters a situation outside the SOP, it escalates with full context. Handle the exception, and Sentigen records your decision. Over time, the exception handling itself becomes part of the documented procedure.
What Sentigen Does Behind the Scenes
Phase 4 activates the execution engine. Sentigen transitions from proposing actions to performing them.
Auto-Execution
Sentigen runs documented Level 3 SOPs end-to-end: drafting emails, creating tasks, scheduling meetings, generating reports. Every action follows the procedure you documented.
Human Review Gates
Critical decision points pause for your approval. "I drafted this follow-up email based on the meeting notes. Send it?" You approve, modify, or reject before anything reaches the outside world.
Execution Dashboards
See everything the AI is doing in real time. Which procedures are running, what actions have been taken, what's waiting for your approval, and what completed successfully.
Exception Handling
When Sentigen encounters a situation not covered by the SOP, it escalates to you with context: what happened, what it expected, and what it recommends. You handle the exception and the system learns.
